Medical components undergo stringent testing and evaluation for purity and part quality as specified by our customers.
All our parts are made in Class VI (100,000) clean room conditions with Class VII (10,000) clean room conditions also available as needed.
Post curing operations enable improvements on materials performance while eliminating gases. Full traceability of the post curing history is documented for every single batch post cured.
